Warranty conditions :
LLC MCC "SPECMASH" assumes warranty obligations for all products, delivered according to the current legislation. LLC MCC "SPECMASH" guarantees the compliance with a completeness, efficiency, adequacy of its parameters with characteristics, specified in the operational documentation during all the warranty period, subject to compliance with operating conditions.
The warranty period is 12 months from the date of special equipment shipment to the consumer. The date of shipment is a date of undersigning of the acceptance and delivery certificate of the vehicle by an authorised representative of the customer. The special equipment is an equipment that is mounted on the chassis to perform its functional purpose.
A manufacturer warranty applies only to to attachments (equipment), mounted on chassis for performing its functional purposes. The warranty for base chassis (vehicle) is guaranteed by the chassis manufacturer. The mandatory requirement is a timely warranty registration of chassis in the applicable service center.
The warranty does not apply to:
- the non-compliance with the operation manual and maintance manual;
- the violation of the periodicity or quantity of maintance services;
- the units and spare parts, that customer was repairing by himself during the warranty period, wear parts and consumables, subject to the normal wear and tear during operational process;
- the use of fuel grades, lubricants and coolants, that were not specified in the operational, maintance manual;
- the disassembly or repair of units and aggregates without the consent of the manufacturer;
- the usage of spare parts and components,, manufactured with a violation of the manufacturer's technical requirements;
The consumer shoud make a formal note of complaint in optional form, that must include the following mandatory details:
- a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN or chassis number);
- an operating time till the moment of failure;
- description (as detailed as possible);
- the location of vehicle;
- a phone number of a responsible person ;
