PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Industrial Mobile Multifunctional Steam Unit (PPU, steam generator) — designed for deparaffinization of the near-wellbore zone, pipelines, tanks, valves, and other oilfield equipment with saturated high-pressure steam (Mode I — 9.81 MPa), as well as for heating, washing, and other operations with saturated low-pressure steam (Mode II — up to 0.78 MPa) in cold and temperate climatic regions.

The unit is a mobile boiler plant for steam generation in remote, off-grid environments.

The unit is equipped with a feed pump. It features an insulated body and preheating of the feedwater tank by an autonomous liquid-type heater.

Installed equipment

  • Front section: oil tank, oil-cooler radiator, steam boiler, fan, fuel tank, and pumps for delivering water and fuel to the boiler.

  • Rear section: feedwater tank and a compartment for storing accessories/spare parts.

The unit is fitted with an automatic control and safety system that monitors fan operation, steam pressure in the pipeline, water temperature in the boiler, low fuel and water levels, and water temperature in the tank.
