Well Acidizing Unit

AKOS is a specialized unit designed for the transportation and injection of acid mixtures used for acid treatment of the near-wellbore formation zone.

The unit is engineered for operation under demanding conditions and ensures a stable supply of corrosive fluids at high pressure. Its design enables technological operations to be carried out with high productivity, precision, and safety.

Handling Corrosive Fluids

The unit is designed for the transportation and injection of inhibited corrosive fluids, including:

  • 15% hydrofluoric acid;
  • 32% hydrochloric acid;
  • 15% acetic acid solution;
  • other fluids, subject to approval and in accordance with ADR requirements.

When changing from one corrosive fluid to another, the tank must be neutralized and thoroughly flushed.
