Application: municipal services of cities and towns.

Purpose: for mechanization of repair of potholes in asphalt concrete roadway pavements, maintenance of motorways in good condition

The general principle of operation includes the following operations:

  • blowing out the pothole to be repaired with compressed air to remove debris, possibly with water flushing;
  • blowing out the remaining water from the bottom of the pit;
  • coating the bottom and walls of the pit with bitumen emulsion (wetting);
  • supply of crushed stone doused with emulsion;
  • supplying crushed stone without emulsion, which creates a rough layer on the road surface.

Main features:

  • Jet-injection method of pneumatic spraying
  • Two (three) tanks: for crushed stone and emulsion
  • Large coverage: the machine can repair an average of 120 m2 to 180 m2 of road surface per shift.
  • The diesel engine is equipped with 3 pumps: emulsion drive (32 cm3/rev), auger drive (9 cm3/rev) and air pump drive (61 cm3/rev).
  • Filter with filter element in the drain line.
