COMBINED ROAD CARS (WINTER/SUMMER)

Field of application: municipal services of cities and towns.

Purpose: to maintain the cleanliness of motorways, city roads, sidewalks and roadside areas with asphalt and cement-concrete pavement in summer and winter, namely

• spreading inert materials on roadways and sidewalks;
  
• snow raking and sweeping from sidewalks;
  
• clearing snow from motorways and sidewalks;
  
• washing and irrigation of road surfaces;
  
• watering green spaces;
  
• humidifying the airspace above the carriageway to reduce dust and gas pollution;
  
• sweeping motorways, roads and sidewalks from dust.

Main features:

• The ability to copy the roadway profile with the blade;
  
• Adjustment of the density and width of the road surface covering with inert materials by means of appropriate flow controllers.
  
• Possibility to throw snow at a distance of up to 10 metres (high-speed blade);
  
• The drive of the brushes, blade, and sand spreading equipment is hydraulic and is carried out by a pump from the power take-off box mounted on the gearbox.
  
• A hydraulic lock in the brush lifting cylinder prevents the brush from falling.
  
• Built-in scraper and brush designed to remove the process material adhering to the walls and from the bottom of the conveyor.
  
• The raised blade is held in a horizontal position due to springs.
  
• Rotation of the blade to the right or left by up to 30° from the transverse position.
  
• Swivel nozzle to ensure even distribution of water over the road surface during washing or irrigation.
  
• Quickly removable replacement equipment.
  
• Possibility of installing an additional fire extinguishing agent.
  
• Compactness of hydraulic equipment and its protection against dirt.
  
• Good visibility during operation, thanks to the installation of a special canopy on the upper edge, which catches loose snow flying upwards and directs it to the side.
  
• The improved shape of the sand spreading equipment body ensures a constant supply of process material to the conveyor.
  
• The spreading disc rotation is independent of the vehicle speed.
