Fire-fighting truck

Purpose:

the fire-fighting tanker is designed to deliver extinguishing agents and fire-fighting and rescue equipment to the fire site and to transport personnel of the operational crew and is used for fire-fighting and rescue operations, extinguishing fires with water and air-mechanical foam in residential and industrial areas of cities, in rural areas, as well as in steppe and field conditions by fire protection units.

Functional capabilities:

• Prompt delivery by transport routes of all categories with maximum speed to the places of emergency rescue operations, traffic accidents, natural and man-made emergencies.
• Notifying the public about emergencies, transmitting special light and sound signals, voice commands and messages at a distance of up to 500 meters.
• Organization of radio communications in the VHF (FM) band using a base station at a distance of at least 20 km and portable radios at a distance of at least 3 km.
• Evacuation of victims from the centers of emergencies, including extraction from abysses with a depth of up to 80 meters and objects up to 80 meters high.
• Rescue of people trapped in road accidents.
• Providing first aid to victims using medical equipment.
• Cutting steel sheets and strips up to 12 mm thick.
• Lifting of reinforced concrete and steel structures, machinery, containers and other loads weighing up to 24 tons.
• Deformation, displacement and destruction of structural elements, cutting metal rods with a diameter of up to 32-36mm
• Expansion of narrow openings with a diameter of 750-1200 mm in rubble and structures.
• Conducting radiation and chemical reconnaissance (measuring the exposure dose rate, expert assessment of chemical contamination of air, water, bulk materials, soil, vegetables and fruits, detecting the presence of explosive gases).
• Fencing of hazardous areas and places of emergency rescue operations.
• Providing lighting for emergency rescue operations using handheld battery-powered flashlights and spotlights.
• Elimination of leaks of hazardous chemicals from openings (cracks and holes) of various shapes in tanks and pipelines, ensuring the performance of work in a highly gassed environment (chlorine, ammonia, etc.) that is dangerous to humans.
• Carrying out emergency rescue operations on the water.
• Pumping contaminated water.
