GARBAGE TRUCKS WITH REAR MECHANIZED LOADING
Area of application: municipal services of cities and urban-type settlements.
Purpose: mechanized loading of solid waste with a manipulator for containers with a capacity of 0.75 to 1.1 m3, their compaction, transportation and mechanized unloading at places of utilization and recycling.
Main characteristics:
- High degree of compaction of loaded municipal solid waste.
- Preliminary compaction of garbage in the receiving bucket with a compaction ratio of up to 3 due to the original design of the pressing mechanism. Further compaction of the garbage is carried out when it is transferred to the body of the garbage truck.
- The total compaction ratio is up to 6.
- Prismatic shape of the hopper.
- The body of the garbage truck is made of metal sheets with a thickness of 4-6 mm. Upon request, Hardox steel can be used .
- A container for collecting waste liquids is provided in the floor of the hopper.
- Rubber seals ensure the tightness of the hopper interior.
- Polyamide guides reduce friction during the movement of the push plate.
- A blocking valve in the hydraulic system prevents damage to the garbage truck components in case of accidental activation of the push plate movement.
- A throttle installed on the drain line ensures slow, smooth lowering of the tailgate.
- Lighting is provided for the loading area, loading mechanism and control panels.
- A video camera on the rear side, the signal from which is transmitted to the screen in the driver's cab.

- from the control panel in the driver's cab
- from the control panel in the front left part of the body (garbage unloading)
- from the control panel located on the left and right side of the rear side
