PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Purpose: mechanized emergency and preventive cleaning of sewer and drainage pipes with a diameter of 150-1000 mm, elimination of blockages, silt, deposits in sewer systems.


Equipment:

  • Tank
  • Vacuum pump with drive
  • Pipelines of the vacuum pumping system
  • Electrical equipment.
  • Drum with wound sleeve
  • Hydraulic system
  • Channel washing nozzles


Principle of operation: water coming out of the nozzle of the flushing head under high pressure and at high speed creates a reactive force, as a result of which the head moves along the pipe, carrying the sleeve with it and simultaneously eroding deposits in the pipe.


Main features:


  • A wide variety of drain cleaning nozzles that perform the following functions: for hydrodynamic cleaning of pipes, for removing emergency blockages, for combating fatty deposits, root formations in pipes. The nozzles are made of modern high-quality material, which ensures durable and reliable operation.
  • Water pump with a drive, capable of creating high pressure water pressure.
  • Theoutlet, in the front part at the bottom, is used both for water supply during machine operation and for filling the tank with water in the period between work functions.
  • A water discharge outlet is provided in the upper part of the tank. The outlet of a pipe through which water is discharged when the water level in the tank reaches the limit, signaling that filling should be stopped.
