MANUAL REAR LOAD GARBAGE TRUCK


Area of use: municipal services of cities and urban-type settlements.


Purpose: collection of the previously manually collected to eject bin solid municipal waste by using a manipulator designed for containers with a capacity of 0.75 to 1.1 m3, waste compaction , transportation and discharge at places of disposal.


Equipment:


  • Body: frame strong welded structure designed for receiving, compacting and accumulating solid waste. The body is equipped with eyelets for attaching the tailgate.
  • Intake window: located on the roof of the body, equipped with protective shields on three sides.
  • Lifters: reinforced pins are welded to the body frame, on which two symmetrically placed bucket lifts rotate.
  • Tightness: To ensure the integrity of the structure, a rubber seal is installed on the rear side of the body and locks are installed on the outside.
  • Loading bucket: A sheet steel container with two axes of rotation, suspended from the bucket lift arm.
  • Bucket lid: to prevent solid waste from falling out during loading, the bucket is equipped with a lid that closes it before the levers are raised.
